This inline cake cutting machine features 3 cutting stations with blade sets to cut the x and y axis slices along with a diagonal slice in a high speed production line.

The machine can be custom fitted to cut a wide variety of sheet products in their containers or boxes, reducing the wasted time of depanning the cake before portioning.

This model is best for bakeries producing 1,000 or more products per hour and cutting squares or rectangles into diagonal slices and shipping the product still inside a cardboard box or container.
