Small Automatic Bread-Making Line

Automatic line for the production of small bread rolls with a raw weight ranging from 35 to 200 g and a production rate of up to 7,200 pieces/hour.

It consists of a 4-5 and 6 way drum-style rounding and dividing machine, a 10 to 60 minute ECP prover, a counter-rotating belt-type long loaf / press device and an automatic single tray loading machine.

This line is designed for the production of hamburgers, hot dogs and finger rolls.

The inclusion of the forming module makes it possible to produce any type of long bread loaves.
