Complete yogurt powder
In powder – process cold
Complete Yogurt was produced in order to create an excellent yogurt ice-cream in the quickest way possible. It is not necessary to pasteurize.
Ingredients
sugar, dehydrated glucose syrup, dextrose, coconut oil in powder, skimmed yogurt powder (5%), skimmed milk powder, vegetable fiber (alpha-cyclodextrin), emulsifiers mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, acidifier citric acid, milk proteins, flavourings, stabilizers guar gum and carob bean gum sodium alginate.
Use mode
Pour the content of the bag (1,2 kg) in 3 litres of fresh whole milk, slowly adding the product while whisking, using a whisk or a stick blender. Let it rest for about 20 minutes then put it into ice-cream machine. Cold process.
