It’s a concentrated lavender flavored paste, with an intense and refreshing taste.
Suitable for pastry to aromatize bases for semifreddos and mousse, or to create components.
Ingredients
glucose syrup, water, natural lavender extract (2%), sugar, colouring anthocyanin, preservative potassium sorbate.
Use mode
100 g for each kg of product.
