Automatic Multi-Product Line

Complete automatic line for the production of various types and shapes of bread.

It consists of two dividers that cover a range of sizes from 35 g to 1,000 g. The divider is automatically loaded by a lifting and tilting device.
The downstream modules include a rounding machine, an ECP prover, a forming and printing machine both fitted with by-pass devices; a tray loading unit places the product onto 60 x 80 or 80 x 80 trays which are picked from a designated storage unit.

The trays are then automatically loaded onto a rotary furnace trolley.

Hamburgers, hot dogs and pitta bread
Short and long loaves and baguettes
Rosette, turtle, kaiser and other shaped rolls
