Horizontal Slice Machine with one KR-Special-Blade-System to slice fresh baked goods in two layers by one run

The Horizontal Slice Machine is create to slice different fresh baked products in two or more layers (Cakes, Buns, Baguettes….)
Regarding a synchronised drive of the upper and lower belt the transport of the product trough the machine will be very gently
Cut speed, blade altitude as well upper belt altitude is stipples adjustable individually
Height adjustable upper band for fixing the products during the cutting process
The hinged conveyor system makes the machine very space-saving
This machine is placeable on any working table and so assimilable in a flowing production process
Regard a complied close machine casing is this machine in very hight safety standard

Operation

Height adjustment of blade position by means of handwheel
Indication of adjusted blade height on a blade height scale

Height adjustment of upper band position by means of handwheel
Indication of adjusted upper band position on a height scale

Cutting is executed in a through-feed method, i.e. the products are put on the front side of the machine and come out in cut form at the rear side of the machine
