Combi-oven made up of 2 or 3 combustion-operated chambers plus a final independent electrical upper chamber.

Versatile, the ability to turn on just the electrical chamber facilitates baking of small product quantities, while the ability to adjust the electrical chamber to a different temperature than the other combustion operated chambers allows different types of products to be baked in the oven at the same time.
