This is a simplified version of our SAMM Fill depositor, meant for continuous depositing of:
– chocolate sticks deposited on cooling belt
– chocolate depositing on chocolate bread or croissant lines
Please note that Hacos also makes tempering systems that are adapted for low fat chocolate.
