Ingredients
coverage for pastry products [sugar, vegetable fat (palm kernel and coconut), skimmed powdered milk, emulsifier soya lecithin], coconut oil, sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed powdered milk, dehydrated strawberry (2%), vanilla berries extract, emulsifier soya lecithin, flavourings, red beetroot coloring, acidifier citric acid.
Use mode
Dose at will. Suitable for glaze and Stracciatella. Mix before use. If necessary warm up in water bath or microwave.
