The modern and conscious use of this spice bring us to create a chilli pepper taste glaze, that stings, but without exaggeration, in order to enhance the taste.
We find the chilli pepper natural flavouring and, as natural colourings, we find the paprika extract and the anthocyanins colourings.
The bright red of this mirror glaze will amaze and intrigue the costumers.
Like all the Extra Shine line, that too is a glaze suitable for been spreaded on cakes, modern semifreddo, remaining shiny, creamy and soft at a negative temperature.

Use mode

at will, on cakes and semifreddo. Mix before use.
