Use mode

for batch-freezer: 1 litre whole milk, 350 g Euroyogurt. Whisk, let it rest for a half hour and batch-freezing.
For soft machine: 4,5 or 5 litres whole milk, 1,4 kg Euroyogurt. Whisk and pour in the tank.
