It is a sweet and pungent cremino at the same time, characterized by the intense taste of strawberry, blackberry juice and a slightly sour lemon note.
Suitable both in ice-cream as a variegated for ice-cream, and in pastry as a pastry filling for pralines or as a component for semifreddos.

sugar, strawberries puree (25%), glucose syrup, dehydrated blackberry juice (3%), thickener pectin, acidifier citric acid, colourings anthocyanins E151, flavourings, lemon essential oil, preservative potassium sorbate.

Ready to use. Dose at will.
