It is a cremino with a delicate violet taste.
Suitable both in ice-cream as a variegated for ice-cream, and in pastry as a filling for pralines or as a component for semifreddos.

concentrated sugared milk, glucose syrup, sugar, thickener pectin, colourings anthocyanins E151, natural violet flavouring, flavouring, acidifier citric acid, preservative potassium sorbate.
