Process hot and cold

skimmed powdered milk, dextrose, hydrogenated coconut oil in powder, stabilizers guar gum and carob bean gum sodium alginate, milk proteins, flavourings, vanilla berries extract.

1 litre of whole milk, 230-260 g sugar, 150 g Insuperabile. Mix the product with sugar, add the milk whisking and pasteurize.
