Individual adjustment of the size of the piece

Suitable to baking sheets 600 x 400mm as well as 600 x 200mm (as well as intermediate size)

The longitudinal cut is effected in the lower cutting level

The lateral cut is effected in the upper cutting level

For every cutting level an individual number of cutting passes can be chosen.

The machine is manufactured exclusively from food-grade materials.

The machine can be used on places of production, because it is displaceable by means of guide pulleys

Operation

The upstroke of the sheet for the immersion of the cutter in the cake as well as the cut feed are carried out manually.

The rearrangement from lower to upper cut level is also carried out manually.

The cleaning of all machine parts soiled by use can be effected easily and quickly in the dishwasher, because these parts are simply demountable.
