Orange cream with slices candied orange

Unusual orange cream, with a fresh and delicate flavour.
The sourness, typical of the citrus fruit, is softened by the presence of delicious slices of candied orange peel, that give a pleasant feeling of sweetness to the palate.
The orange cream may be used to decorate ice cream or to fill semifreddo and mousse.
It contains natural flavourings and colourings.

Glucose syrup, slices of candied orange peels (orange peels, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, concentrated lemon juice, orange juice, natural flavouring) (20%), water, sugar, thickener pectin, orange essential oil, acidifier citric acid, preservative potassium sorbate, colourings curcumin anthocyanins.
