Pomegranate Extra Shine

The product has a texture similar to the pomegranate molasses: fluid and thick, with a red amaranth colour and with sour and bittersweet taste.
The icing is suitable to glaze and to decorate semifreddo. It keeps shiny, creamy and soft at negative temperature.

sugar, glucose syrup, water, pomegranate juice (6%), carthamus extract, colourings anthocyanins, thickeners modified starch carrageenan, maize starch, natural flavouring, acidifier citric acid, preservative potassium sorbate.

at will, spread on cakes and semifreddo. Mix before use.
