Turmeric mirror icing, with a pungent and slightly bitter aroma. Suitable for filling, frosting and decorating semifreddi, remaining, glossy, creamy and soft at a negative temperature.
Ingredients
glucose syrup, sugar, water, turmeric (1,5%), thickeners modified starch carrageenan, maize starch, acidifier citric acid, antioxidant ascorbic acid, preservative potassium sorbate.
Use mode
at will, on cakes and semifreddo. Mix before use.
