It’s a cream with a high percentage of pomegranate juice, suitable for ice cream variegation. It can be used also in pastry for stuffing semifreddos and mousse.
Ingredients
sugar, pomegranate juice (27%), glucose syrup, carthamus extract, colourings anthocyanins, thickener pectin, acidifier citric acid, natural flavouring, preservative potassium sorbate.
Use mode
ready to use, dosage at will. Mix before use.
