Leonardo’s Hashes

It’s a paste with a high percentage of fresh date inside, fruit known for its marked sweetness and juiciness. Suitable in ice cream to create a particular flavour and in pastry for bases for semifreddos and mousse or to create components.


glucose syrup, date (24%), sugar, water,  natural flavouring, colouring E 150b, acidifier citric acid, preservative potassium sorbate.

Use mode

80-100 g per kg of icecream mixture or base for semifreddo. Mix before use.
