glucose syrup,  sugar, cocoa butter (20%), water, skimmed powdered milk, thickeners carrageenan, coloring E171, acidifier citric acid, emulsifier soya lecithin, preservative potassium sorbate.

Use mode

as glaze: at will, heat the product to about 30 – 31°C mixing as little as possible to avoid  air absorbment. Glaze spreading over cakes and semifreddo. Mix before use. Store the product into the fridge after its opening.
