Ingredients
sugar, glucose syrup, water, dark chocolate for coverage (sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, emulsifier soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring) (16%), cocoa, emulsifier soya lecithin, thickener carrageenan, acidifier citric acid, preservative potassium sorbate.
Use mode
as glaze at will, heat the product to about 32-33°C mixing as little as possible to avoid air absorbment. Glaze spreading over cakes and semifreddo. Mix before use.
