Base degli Angeli is a complete balanced base.
Does not contain flavourings.
Releases an elegant taste of milk and cream, exquisite, that intensifies the flavourings of the pastes which have been added.
It is quick and safe for the ice cream maker to prepare, adding only two ingredients: milk and cream.
The control of the production chain of the ingredients and their genuineness led us to choose a high quality and safe milk powder for the composition of Base degli Angeli.
Base degli Angeli does not contain any kind of vegetable fats.
For the realization of this product we use only raw materials without GMO.

sugar, dextrose, skimmed powdered milk, dehydrated glucose syrup, milk proteins, emulsifiers mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, stabilizers guar gum and carob bean gum, salt.

10 litres of whole fresh milk, 2 litres fresh cream, 4 Kg. of Base degli Angeli.
