I pasticci di Leonardo – Leonardo’s Hashes
The Fugar cinnamon present itself in powder, with natural flavours and colourings.
It permit to create a bowl of ice cream, by using only one bag of product, without pasteurize.
It will be enough to add the boiling water and whole milk.



sugar, skimmed milk powder, coconut oil in powder, dextrose, dehydrated glucose syrup, inulin, natural cinnamon flavouring, cinnamon (0,5%), thickeners guar gum and carrageenan, colouring caramel E150a, vanilla bean extract.

Use mode

1,25 kg of Cinnamon compound ingredient, 1,25 kg of boiling water and 1,25 kg of boiling whole milk. Mix ingredients and directly batch-freezing.
