Ingredients
coverage for pastry products [sugar, vegetable fat (palm kernel and coconut), skimmed powdered milk, emulsifier soya lecithin, flavourings], glucose syrup, water, sugar, thickener carrageenan, coffee (1%), emulsifier soya lecithin, coloring E171, acidifier citric acid, preservative potassium sorbate.
Use mode
At will, heat the product to about 34 – 36°C mixing as little as possible to avoid air absorption and successively, glaze spreading over cakes and semifreddo. Mix before use.
