Dolcebosco – flan
Fruit of the forest taste with fruit pieces.
To store at the same temperature of ice-cream.
Ingredients
sugar, fruits of the forest (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries), glucose syrup, acidifier citric acid, stabilizer pectin, anthocyanin coloring, flavourings, preservative potassium sorbate.
Use mode
1,5 kg DOLCEBOSCO-FLAN + 2,5 litres whole milk. Emulsify and put into ice-cream machine.
