Hazelnut and chocolate taste.
Store at temperature above 10°C.
Ingredients
sugar, sunflower seeds oil, hazelnuts, skimmed cocoa, skimmed powdered milk, glucose syrup, emulsifier soya lecithin, cocoa butter, flavourings, vanilla berries extract.
Use mode
3 kg Gianduia-flan + 2,5 litres whole milk. Mix and put into the ice-cream machine. Store at temperature above 10°C.
