Special Sauces ideal for RIPPLING ICE-CREAM, ICINGS and DECORATIONS.
Remain SOFT, CREAMY and SHINY at NEGATIVE.

Ingredients

sugar, glucose syrup, orange juice (20%), thickeners modified starch carrageenan, maize starch, natural flavourings, colouring annatto, preservative potassium sorbate, acidifier citric acid.

Use mode

at will, on cakes and semifreddo. Keeps shiny at negative temperature. Mix before use.
