Rock – flan
Hazelnut and cocoa taste with caramelised hazelnut grains.
Store at temperature above 10°C.
Ingredients
sugar, hazelnuts, sunflower seeds oil, skimmed cocoa, skimmed powdered milk, cocoa butter, glucose syrup, emulsifier soya lecithin, flavourings.
Use mode
3 kg Rock-flan + 2,5 litres whole milk. Mix and put into ice-cream machine. Store at temperature above 10°C.
