Hazelnut, cocoa and coffee taste.
To store at the same temperature of ice-cream.
Ingredients
sugar, sunflower seeds oil, hazelnuts, skimmed cocoa, coffee, skimmed powdered milk, emulsifier soya lecithin, flavourings.
Use mode
3 kg Tartu-flan + 2,5 litres whole milk. Emulsify and put into ice-cream machine.
