Vanilla Marshmallow

Fugar now pays homage to the American confectionery tradition, launching two powders – vanilla and strawberry flavoured – with which you can make soft, delicious marshmallows of any shape.
These Vanilla and Strawberry are also perfect to decorate ice cream, cakes, or cupcakes.

Ingredients

sugar, dextrose, dehydrated glucose syrup, animal gelatin, vegetable proteins, thickeners modified starch pectins, flavouring, vanilla pods extract, acidifier citric acid.

Use mode

1 kg of Vanilla Marshmallow for 200 g of boiling water. Pour the product in the kneader and, while mixing, slowly pour in the boiling water. Beat until you obtain a dense, firm meringue. Shape at will and dust the surface with cornstarch and dextrose. Let dry for at least 24 hours.
