To complete the  ice cream tray we will use one of the most suitable variegate of our range: sour cherry, orange, peach, apricot, strawberry, fruit of the forest, fig.
With this taste inspired by the Cheesecake, we can now attract to the ice cream showcase the lovers of a dessert with a distinct and involving taste with an intensive flavour.


sugar, coconut oil in powder, dextrose, dehydrated glucose syrup, skimmed powdered milk, mascarpone cheese in powder (3%), vegetable fiber (alpha-cyclodextrin), milk proteins, flavourings, emulsifiers mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, stabilizers guar gum and carob bean gum sodium alginate, acidifier citric acid.

Use mode

1,2 kg of compound ingredient Cheesecake, 3 liters of fresh whole milk. After having boiled the milk, add the powder, mix and directly batch-freezing.
