Soffici dolcezze chocolate powder

Use mode

400 g fresh cream, 1,450 kg Soffici Dolcezze Chocolate, 3,150 kg of whole milk. Weigh the ingredients, heat the milk to about 65°C, mix and pour into the soft machine.
