Stracciatella Veg

The traditional flavour of dark chocolate stracciatella in a vegan version: a rich but delicate paste, suitable to spread on vegan ice-cream, in order to reproduce the well-known Stracciatella flavour, without forgoing to a certified product.
Among the ingredients, we can find a special sugar: coconut sugar, which is especially appreciated by vegans and raw foodists.
It is a natural sweetener, no refined, extracted from the coco palm, specifically from the nectar of the flowers, from Philippines Islands. This sugar is full of iron, zinc, potassium and vitamins B1, B2, B3 and C.

Use mode

Dose at your liking. For variegate and Stracciatella. Heat and mix before use.
