Biancherò

Base in powder suitable for cakes, semifreddo and ice cream on stick.
With fructose, doesn’t contain saccharose.
Ingredients

dextrose, fructose, thickener modified starch, skimmed milk powder, milk proteins.

Use mode

200 g of Biancherò per 1 litre of fresh cream. Whip in planetary up to reach a soft consistence. Endless matches of tastes can be made with the addition of flavoured pastes (hazelnut, strawberry, mascarpone, etc…) in the measure of 100-150 g for 1 liter of fresh cream. In case you use sugar-free pastes, an addition of 70-100 g of noble sweeteners is recommended (honey, fructose, grape’s sugar, etc…).
