Ingredients

coverage for pastry products [sugar, vegetable fat (palm kernel and coconut), skimmed powdered milk, emulsifier soya lecithin, flavourings], glucose syrup, water, sugar, thickener carrageenan, coloring E171, emulsifier soya lecithin, acidifier citric acid, preservative potassium sorbate.

Use mode

AS GLAZE: at will, heat the product to about 34 – 36°C mixing as little as possible to avoid  air absorbment. Glaze spreading over cakes and semifreddo. Mix before use.
